RamSoft and Therapixel Announce Commercial Partnership to Deliver Integrated AI-Powered Breast Imaging Solution

Toronto, ON and Paris, France – May 21, 2025 – RamSoft Inc., a leader in cloud-based RIS/PACS platforms, and Therapixel, the award-winning medical imaging AI company, today announces a commercial partnership to integrate Therapixel’s AI-powered MammoScreen® software directly into RamSoft’s PowerServer™ and OmegaAI® platforms. The announcement is being made during the SIIM2025 Annual Meeting, taking place May 21–23 at the Portland Convention Center in Portland, Oregon. RamSoft is exhibiting at Booth #639 and Therapixel at Booth #435.

This collaboration will make Therapixel’s MammoScreen®, an industry-leading breast imaging solution, available natively within RamSoft’s platforms. Customers will have seamless access to advanced AI capabilities designed to improve cancer detection, streamline radiologist workflow, and ultimately enhance women’s health services.

MammoScreen® enhances the breast imaging workflow through three key AI-driven capabilities:

1. Pre-check – Ensures optimal image quality and confirms key patient information prior to reading.
2. Cancer Detection – Provides comprehensive analysis for detecting and characterizing lesions, and incorporates previous imaging and a breast density assessment.
3. Pre-reporting – Populates structured results into existing reporting systems, reducing documentation time and effort.

A recent clinical study¹ of MammoScreen® using 2D, 3D, and prior images demonstrated measurable improvements in radiologist performance: an 8% increase insensitivity, a 2% boost in specificity, and average reading and reporting time reductions of 24%. MammoScreen has also found screen detectable cancer one year prior 42% of the time, and two years prior 38.5% of the time.²
