Receive Answers from Blume about their Imaging Results
Toronto, CANADA and Chicago, ILLINOIS: (April 13, 2023) RamSoft®, a global leader in novel cloud-based RIS/PACS radiology solutions for imaging centers and teleradiology providers, is excited to announce that they will be introducing an industry first - medical imaging patient app, Blume™ powered by ChatGPT – at HIMSS 2023 in Chicago. This new feature, driven by the AI chatbot technology of ChatGPT, allows patients to ask questions and receive quick, plain-language answers about medical imaging procedures such as MRIs, Ultrasound exams, PET/CT scans etc. This feature is expected to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes by ensuring patients are better informed about the care they are being provided.
