Dear Customers,
I'm Mahdi Keyhani, Director of Product at RamSoft. About six years ago, I joined RamSoft as an onboarding project manager, one of the few medical doctors who chose to pursue a career in healthcare technology. What made me a fan of the company I work in was the message I heard repeatedly as we demoed our solutions to prospects and customers: the power of a highly customizable, role-based, and status-driven workflow. That same philosophy now drives our
latest innovation: OmegaAI.
The ability to adapt a workflow to match exact clinical and business requirements is rare among software vendors. OmegaAI, our cloud-native VNA/RIS/PACS platform, is one of the few solutions that not only delivers this flexibility but also unifies RIS and PACS workflows into a single system. With these core principles in mind, we designed OmegaAI to be the platform that enables AI in medical imaging. Artificial intelligence has yet to achieve the same value in healthcare as it has
in other industries. Our approach focuses on delivering actionable AI value while exploring innovative use cases that empower clinicians to work more efficiently and improve patient care.

RamSoft is set to integrate NewVue.ai’s EmpowerSuite, including dynamic workflow orchestration and intelligent case distribution—into its PowerServer and OmegaAI RIS/PACS platforms.
