How to Set Up Self-Scheduling

Learn how to enable self-scheduling for your patients in OmegaAI. This guide covers how to configure access, customize appointment types, and allow patients to book appointments online with ease.

  1. Navigate to https://www.omegaai.com
  2. Click the "Enter your email address here" field.
  3. Click "CONTINUE".
  4. Click the organization icon on the homepage.
  5. Select your master organization from the list.
  6. Click the "Details" icon.
  7. Navigate to RIS settings on the left side panel.
  8. Click "Self Scheduling".
  9. Click the "Copy Link" button to copy the self-scheduling link.
  10. Open a new browser tab and paste the copied link.
  11. Click the "Type or select from the list" field to search for a procedure.
  12. Select the desired procedure from the dropdown.
  13. Click "NEXT".
  14. Choose your current location or select from the list of available imaging centers.
  15. Click "Next".
  16. Pick a date and time from the available appointment slots.
  17. Click on a time slot to select it.
  18. Confirm the selected appointment details.
  19. Add any additional notes if needed.
  20. Click "NEXT" to continue.
  21. If you have a referring doctor, use the Meta Search to find them (optional).
  22. Enter patient email, phone number (optional), family name, given name, and date of birth.
  23. Click the calendar icon to select the DOB.
  24. Review all entered details.
  25. Click "Confirm & Request" to finalize the appointment request.
  26. Wait for the confirmation message.
  27. View your summary screen with request details.
