How to Edit an Organization in OmegaAI
Learn how to quickly edit an existing organization’s details in OmegaAI—from updating contact info and practice type to configuring billing, scheduling, and integration settings.
- Navigate to https://www.omegaai.com
- Click the "Enter your email address here" field.
- Click "CONTINUE".
- Start by clicking the Organization icon on the homepage.
- Your master organization will appear. If several are listed, select the appropriate one.
- Click the "DETAILS" icon to begin editing.
- Scroll down to view editable organization information.
- Click the "Organization Name" field to update it.
- Use the "Practice Type" dropdown to make changes.
- Update the primary contact’s full name.
- Edit the contact email address.
- Edit the contact phone number.
- Update the street address.
- Edit city, province/state, and postal code.
- Select the country from the dropdown.
- Click "Save Address".
- Upload or update the organization logo (optional).
- Edit internal notes or descriptions.
- Add or update organization-specific tags.
- Edit the time zone and regional settings.
- Enable or disable modules like Scheduling or Reporting.
- Click the "Users & Roles" tab.
- Review and update user roles.
- Click the "Workflow Automation" tab.
- Edit linked automation rules.
- Enable or disable integrations (e.g., HL7, APIs).
- Go to "Billing & Invoicing".
- Update billing contact and delivery preferences.
- Edit tax ID or billing address.
- Review invoice history.
- Click "Save" to apply billing changes.
- Open "Compliance & Audit" tab.
- Toggle audit logging options.
- Update retention policies.
- Review reporting preferences.
- Assign linked sub-organizations.
- Adjust internal labels for sorting.
- Click "Financial Type" to add details.
- Click "Payers" to update insurance or billing sources.
- Click "Order Sets" to add or modify templates.
- Click "Code" to manage coding configurations.
- Click "Self Scheduling".
- Click "Self Scheduling" again to configure options.
- Click the back arrow to return to the previous page.
