How to: Define Report Templates

This video guide walks you through defining report templates in OmegaAI. Learn how to input content, adjust formatting, preview your design, and publish the final version for clinical use.

  1. Navigate to https://www.omegaai.com/home
  2. Open a study and launch the Document Viewer from the Omega Dial.
  3. Click the three dots icon and choose Template Manager.
  4. Select Create New Template or open an existing one.
  5. A template editor will open in the side drawer.
  6. Click Edit to start customizing the content.
  7. Add text blocks to structure the report.
  8. Use the formatting toolbar to change font styles, alignment, and sections.
  9. Insert variables or placeholders as needed (e.g., patient name, modality).
  10. Enter the text and right-click to access the Document Toolbar.
  11. Modify attributes like bold, italic, font size, etc. using the toolbar.
  12. Click the Page Setup icon to adjust layout settings.
  13. Click SAVE to store the template changes.
  14. Click the Preview icon to view the final template output.
  15. A live preview will appear on the right side.
  16. Click the Publish Template icon to make the template active.
