How to Create a New User in OmegaAI
This video provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a new user in the OmegaAI system. Learn how to input user details, assign roles, configure access levels, and onboard new users efficiently into your organization’s workflow.
- Navigate to https://www.omegaai.com
- Click the "Enter your email address here" field.
- Click "CONTINUE".
- Click on the organization icon from the homepage.
- Select the appropriate organization.
- Click the "Details" button to enter configuration settings.
- Go to the "Users & Roles" tab.
- Click the "Users" button.
- Click the "+ New User" or "Add User" button.
- Enter the user's first and last name.
- Enter the user's email address.
- Add the user's phone number (optional).
- Assign a username (if applicable).
- Set a temporary or permanent password based on policy.
- Choose the user's language and time zone preferences.
- Select the desired role from the list.
- Click the User Type field and choose from the dropdown.
- Select the appropriate user type.
- Click "ADD" to finalize selections.
- Click "Save" to confirm the user details.
- Use the Active/Inactive toggle to activate or deactivate the user.
- The new user will now appear in the user list.
