How to Create a New User in OmegaAI

This video provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a new user in the OmegaAI system. Learn how to input user details, assign roles, configure access levels, and onboard new users efficiently into your organization’s workflow.

  1. Navigate to https://www.omegaai.com
  2. Click the "Enter your email address here" field.
  3. Click "CONTINUE".
  4. Click on the organization icon from the homepage.
  5. Select the appropriate organization.
  6. Click the "Details" button to enter configuration settings.
  7. Go to the "Users & Roles" tab.
  8. Click the "Users" button.
  9. Click the "+ New User" or "Add User" button.
  10. Enter the user's first and last name.
  11. Enter the user's email address.
  12. Add the user's phone number (optional).
  13. Assign a username (if applicable).
  14. Set a temporary or permanent password based on policy.
  15. Choose the user's language and time zone preferences.
  16. Select the desired role from the list.
  17. Click the User Type field and choose from the dropdown.
  18. Select the appropriate user type.
  19. Click "ADD" to finalize selections.
  20. Click "Save" to confirm the user details.
  21. Use the Active/Inactive toggle to activate or deactivate the user.
  22. The new user will now appear in the user list.
