How to create an order without scheduling (current patient)

1. To create an order without scheduling. First select the proper worklist.
2. In this example, we will assume we need a new order for a patient that has already been created in the system.
3. Let's create a patient for Testing, John. Click on the "Create a new study for patient" icon.
4. When the Study Info box opens, start typing in the Study Description box the name of the study needing to be ordered.
5. Select the correct study from the list.
6. Click on the Assigned Personnel tab.
7. Here the referring physician can be added.
8. Type into the box to search current referring physicians. There is also an option to add a new referring physician here.
9. Hit apply.
10. And OK.
11. And here we have our ordered study.
