How to create a new system user
How to create a new system user
To create a new user, navigate to the Settings menu.
Select Users and Facilities
Click on the Users tab.
So to create a new one, select new.
Give them a unique username
Select a group for their studies. In our example, we've used "All Studies"
Select a Role for the user.
Enter the best email for the user.
If you want them to create their own password, or you can create a password for them.
Create and type in a password for the user.
Enter their required personal details, such as Last Name, First Name.
Assign any Facility permissions the user must access.
And that's all. Hit, save.
