How to create a new system user

  1. To create a new user, navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Users and Facilities
  3. Click on the Users tab.
  4. So to create a new one, select new.
  5. Give them a unique username
  6. Select a group for their studies. In our example, we've used "All Studies"
  7. Select a Role for the user.
  8. Enter the best email for the user.
  9. If you want them to create their own password, or you can create a password for them.
  10. Create and type in a password for the user.
  11. Enter their required personal details, such as Last Name, First Name.
  12. Assign any Facility permissions the user must access.
  13. And that's all. Hit, save.
