President and CEO
Vijay co-founded RamSoft with his father in 1994. While pursuing his BASc. Computer Engineering, he and his brother Siva created the first version of RamSoft’s medical image management software. Today, with 25+ years of creating innovative solutions for medical imaging, Vijay has expertise in medical devices, mobile applications, PACS, health information exchange, enterprise solutions, and business management. As CEO, he guides our business vision and strategy, leads management, and ensures the company's overall success.
Siva Ramanathan

Siva graduated with his BASc. Computer Engineering on the Dean's Honor List and is popularly known as our software guru at RamSoft. Under his leadership, RamSoft has refined its software engineering processes and delivered industry-leading products to the marketplace.

Viji is a Chartered Accountant and CPA who has extensive work experience in all areas of the finance domain. She demonstrates excellence in financial project management, corporate budget management, and reporting management. As the Chief Financial Officer at RamSoft, Viji provides leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.

Deeksha holds a PGDBA along with 8 years of compliance and internal control experience in various industries. She has extensive experience with setting up statutory compliance frameworks, automating internal controls, conducting regulatory compliance reviews and policy assessments.

Oscar is our Information Security Officer and is responsible for supporting and improving RamSoft’s security program. His bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management with 10+ years of system administrative, security, and compliance experience makes him a key resource to safeguard RamSoft’s interests. Oscar ensures that any technology we use, for both corporate purposes and in support of our customers, is done against industry best practices and in-line with regulatory compliance.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has over 18+ years’ experience in Contact center industry in various domains related to Telecom, E-Commerce & Automobile. Senior Management assignments in Project Transition, BOT Model International operations Customer Experience & Complaint management. Eye to detail in terms of Analytics and believes in big picture perspective. Responsible for managing overall India Operations.
