Dr. Ram was always committed to applying leading-edge medical imaging research and innovation to improve healthcare technologies. Today, our management team has dedicated their time and energy to continue this legacy. At the helm is co-founder and CEO, Vijay Ramanathan along with CTO Siva Ramanathan. Both are well-respected in the industry as domain experts in clinical radiology workflow management and engineering.

Executive Team
Vijay Ramanathan, President and CEO
Vijay co-founded RamSoft with his father in 1994 and created the first version of RamSoft’s medical image management software while studying at university. Vijay is now the CEO of RamSoft and his vision is leading the company to become a market leader. Vijay holds a BASC in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Siva Ramanathan, Chief Software Architect
Siva is responsible for all software development and support activities at RamSoft. Under his leadership, RamSoft has refined its software engineering processes and delivered an industry leading, robust product to the marketplace. Siva is the software guru of the company, having been immersed in RamSoft from a very young age. He holds a BASC in Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
Gaurav Lala, Technical Support Director
Gaurav currently holds the position of Technical Support Manager for RamSoft. In this role, Gaurav is responsible for help desk operations, technical support initiatives and software upgrades for clients across the globe. Gaurav joined RamSoft in 2005 as a Technical Support Analyst and was promoted to his current role in 2008. He has been involved in the healthcare industry for more than 6 years and in customer service for more than 10 years. Gaurav holds a BSc in Information Technology from York University and is ITIL certified.
Lely Lam-Hong, Quality Assurance Director
Lely brings over fifteen years of experience in developing the quality and engineering management systems (ISO 9001, CMMi) for companies in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, Switzerland, Japan, Vietnam, and the U.S. He supervises matters of the Quality Assurance department, which focuses on ensuring the highest quality delivery of RamSoft’s products and the effectiveness of our corporate processes toward an excellent operating team.
Marilyn Solano, Sales and Marketing Director
Efficient processes and workflow are crucial no matter what industry you are in. Ms. Solano’s experience has always been in helping create and develop such processes to ensure that companies are profitable and successful by analyzing the core issues and challenges, and finding the solutions. Her experience has come from owning and operating a billing company, previously working at a radiology billing company (500+ employees), hospital (radiology department), imaging centers, urgent care clinics and medical practices.
