The Team

Vijay Ramanathan, President and CEO
Ramanathan co-founded RamSoft with his father in 1994 and created the first version of RamSoft’s medical image management software while studying at university. At the age of 30, Ramanathan is now the CEO of RamSoft and his vision is leading the company to become a market leader. Ramanathan holds a BASC in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Michal Szabla, Vice President
As Vice President, Szabla brings a unique mix of management, innovation and leadership to RamSoft. In this role, Szabla oversees marketing, product management and support activities and is deeply involved in Sales and Research & Development. Since joining RamSoft, he has made usability improvements to all product lines and continues to grow its revenue base.  Szabla received his Honours BS in Computer Science from McMaster University.

Siva Ramanathan, Chief Software Architect
Ramanathan is responsible for all software development and support activities at RamSoft. Under his leadership,  RamSoft has refined its software engineering processes and delivered an industry leading, robust product to the marketplace. Ramanathan is the software guru of the company, having been immersed in RamSoft from a very young age. He holds a BASC in Computer Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
