RIS / PACS Clinical Application Specialist
Location: Toronto or USA

Salary: $50 - $60K
Overview
We are looking for one RIS/PACS Clinical Application Specialist to be based in Toronto or USA Northeast. The primary job function is to train clients in the use of our RIS and PACS software. Customer training is done through the creation of training videos, live web training, training classes, or on site training.
The successful candidate will be trained on the RamSoft software in a modular fashion. They will be brought up to speed by working with other implementation team members until independence is achieved. The candidate also needs to be able to travel up to 35% of the time and have the ability to do so on a short notice if required. Canadian or US citizenship required.
Required Skills
- Prior knowledge/experience working with medical software such as a PACS or RIS
- Familiarity with the Medical Imaging Workflow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact with a variety of customers in a professional manner
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven organizational capabilities and leadership experience
- Capability to produce well written and detailed documentation
- College diploma/University Degree and experience in a related discipline
Desired Skills
- Microsoft Word 2007 and Dragon Medical 10
- Understanding of DICOM
- Understanding of HL7
